John Carter has extensive experience as a Contract Trainer and Software Instructor, providing classroom and custom training in Microsoft desktop products since 2014 for companies such as System Source and Office Pro, Inc. Prior to this, John served as a Project Management Consultant and Trainer at TT Systems Inc. for 25 years, focusing on schedule development and training in various software products. John also held roles as Managing Partner at Phaze 10 Restaurant, where operational efficiency was emphasized, and as an Adjunct Faculty member at Towson University and Essex & Catonsville Community Colleges, responsible for curriculum development and training in Microsoft applications. John Carter holds a B.A. in History from Kean University.
