Joyce Essel has extensive experience in corporate training, currently serving as a Software Instructor at System Source since April 1996, specializing in Microsoft Office and Office 365 technologies, with particular expertise in Excel and Access. Previously, Joyce held the position of Assistant Vice President - Operations at Bank of Baltimore from 1991 to 1995, where management of three departments and 40 employees was central to the role, focusing on efficiency and productivity. Joyce holds a Master's Degree in Information Technology from The Johns Hopkins University - Carey Business School and a Bachelor's Degree in Business and Finance from Salisbury University.
