Suzanne Klein has over 24 years of experience in the education and training sector, currently serving as Operations Team Leader at System Source since September 1999. In this role, Suzanne manages the schedules of over 15 technical and applications trainers along with 17 classrooms, while planning a public training schedule comprising 900+ course sessions tailored to client needs. Previously, Suzanne worked as a Learning Center Inside Sales Rep, addressing customer inquiries and managing numerous training and rental accounts to enhance customer relationships and sales. Prior experience includes a position as a Computer Lab Assistant at Tesst College of Technology, where Suzanne supported classroom operations and student success. Suzanne's educational background includes studies at the University of Maryland Baltimore County from 1995 to 1997.
