Andy Needles has extensive experience in leadership and management, currently serving as a Team Leader for the US Government since March 2012. In addition to this role, Andy holds the position of Vice President at BBF Contractors, LLC since August 2014, and has been the Chief Pilot at System Studies and Simulation (S3), Inc. since July 2019. Academically, Andy earned a Master of Divinity in Christian Ministries from Liberty University, a Bachelor's degree in Construction Management from the University of Florida, and an MBA in Technology Management from the University of Phoenix.
