Tim Cotter

Tim Cotter is a Principal Scientist at System Studies and Simulation (S3), Inc., where responsibilities include supporting the Army's Program Executive Office for Missiles and Space, identifying business expansion opportunities, and managing programs in strategic markets. As President of Enterprise Technology Corporation since October 2008, Tim Cotter has focused on leadership and business development initiatives. Previously, Tim Cotter served as a Research and Development Scientist at Monte Sano Research Corporation, supporting the Army Futures Command in the research and development of next-generation Precision Strike Missile (PrSM) systems. Tim Cotter holds a Master of Science in Physics from the University of Tennessee Space Institute and a Bachelor of Science in Engineering Physics from the University of Tennessee, Knoxville.
