Kiril Matokh is the Manager of the Finance Systems Development Unit at lifetech (Turkcell Group), a position held since 2018. Previously, Kiril served as Senior Business Analyst and Head of Department at System Technologies from 2015 to 2016, and as Deputy Director at DLC "Vikmas" during the same period. Kiril was also Head of Department at LLC Belsoft-Borlas Group from 2008 to 2014. Kiril graduated with honours from the Belarusian State University of Informatics and Radioelectronics with an Engineer’s Degree in Computer Software Engineering in 2003.
