Teri E. is the Chief Executive Officer of System Technology, Inc., a manufacturing company in the Chicagoland area. They previously served as Human Resources Director for System Technology, Inc. from 2005 to 2023. Their career included roles such as Director of Catering & Events at Bortz Entertainment Group (2001–2003), Director of Catering at White Lodging Services (2003–2005), and Marketing Director at Milwaukee Golf Management Corp/Golf Mill Shopping Center (1998–2001). They earned an Associate of Applied Science in Human Resources & Organizational Leadership from Rasmussen University (2021–2022), with a 4.0 GPA. They founded 58 Foundation in 2023 and are the Founder and President of the MORE Women's Conference, which launches in the Chicagoland area in April 2025.
