Chief Digital Officer at System Verification

Per Gustafsson has a diverse work experience spanning over several roles and companies. Per started their career at Telia Research in 1995, where they worked as an Area and Project Manager in Radio Access and Network Research. During their time there, they contributed to the DECT project and represented Telia in European projects related to cordless terminal mobility. Per also managed the Service and Requirements part of the 3G program.

In 2003, Gustafsson joined TeliaSonera and held various positions, including Senior Expert Value Added Services, Director and Head of Product Development Digital Home Malmö, Director and Head of New Concepts at Global Product Management, and Manager Concept Development in TV, Content, and Digital Home. Per was responsible for delivering projects related to online storage, home control, and digital home devices. Per also played a key role in the launch of Digital Home in Sweden.

Gustafsson joined Mobile Heights in 2012 as a Project Manager, where they were responsible for establishing an innovation initiative in the area of Smart Sustainable Cities. Per then moved on to E.ON Sverige in 2013 as a Product Owner, where they played a pivotal role in the large-scale launch of the Smart Home service 100Koll and the E.ON app.

Most recently, in 2018, Gustafsson joined System Verification as a Chief Digital Officer and Consultant. As a Business Management Consultant, they focused on Agile development and provided expertise in Quality Assurance (QA), advanced Quality Monitoring, Software Due Diligence, and AI-based Analytics as a Service.

Overall, Gustafsson's work experience demonstrates their expertise in digital transformation, product development, project management, and innovation initiatives.

Per Gustafsson completed their education with a Master of Science (M.Sc.) degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Chalmers University of Technology, which they pursued from 1991 to 1995. Before that, from 1990 to 1991, they studied to become an Airplane Technician at the Royal Swedish Airforce, specializing in SAAB JA37 Viggen. Prior to that, they attended Lars Kagg School from 1986 to 1990, where they pursued a Technical High School degree in Telecommunications Engineering.
