System Work is a series of experiential courses where you learn, with others, to see and work with the real dynamics in your organization. The kind that don't show up in dashboards or org charts. It runs in public cohorts and inside corporations.

Level 1 works at the scale of you and the person across from you. You build awareness of how you show up – your emotions, your body, your language, the way you build or erode trust without realizing it. Most people leave Level 1 noticing things they had been doing on autopilot for years.

Level 2 shifts the lens outward. You learn to read groups and systems – the unspoken rules, the power dynamics, the patterns that keep a team stuck even when every individual is competent. You learn to intervene at a level where the real leverage sits.

System Work is a signature program by Product Narrative. Product Narrative is not a consulting company that hands you a framework and walks away. We work alongside other organizations on problems that are too large for any single entity – organizational health, sector-level challenges, sometimes national-scale systems. That means we use the same models internally that we teach in the classroom. The trust work, the boundary work, the emotional work of collaboration – we practice what we teach.
