Beth Sestanovich

Beth Sestanovich is the Chief People Officer at System1, where Beth leads all people and culture efforts, corporate administration, HR, real estate, communications, and IT. Beth was promoted from COO in 2021 and has extensive experience in operations and management consulting. Beth has a background in psychology and organizational behavior, with degrees from UCLA, Pepperdine University, and Harvard Business School. Beth has also held executive roles at iHeartMedia, LA Weekly, OC Weekly, CarsDirect.com, and the Los Angeles Times. Additionally, Beth is an Executive Committee member at YPO - Young Presidents' Organization.
