Kaitlin Carmichael

Kaitlin Carmichael is an experienced Talent Development Leader and Curriculum and Instructional Designer who currently serves as the Learning and Development Manager at System1. With 16 years of experience in creating and evaluating adult-learning materials, they have successfully managed large-scale training operations and led diverse teams. Kaitlin has designed and executed numerous Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, and Belonging courses over the past nine years, demonstrating expertise in project management and data analysis. They hold a Ph.D. in Interpersonal Communication from Arizona State University and have held various roles in notable organizations, including Kaiser Permanente and Foresight Mental Health.
