Susann Ehrlich

Susann Ehrlich has an extensive work experience in sales and management roles in the IT industry. Susann is currently the Chief Experience Officer at SYSTEMA since September 2022. Prior to that, they worked at SoftwareONE Deutschland GmbH as the Sales Director Midmarket DACH from April 2019 to September 2022. Before that, they held multiple roles at COMPAREX AG, including Sales Director Small, Medium and Corporate Customers from September 2017 to March 2019, Sales Director TeleAccount Management from September 2013 to September 2017, Head of Tele Account Management from March 2011 to September 2013, and Head of Special Sales Security and Backup from September 2008 to December 2011. Susann Ehrlich started their career as a Sales Executive at PC-WARE from August 2002 to September 2008.

Susann Ehrlich obtained their Diplom degree in Telekommunikations-Management from Technische Universität Dresden, where they studied from 1997 to 2002. In addition to their formal education, they also obtained certifications in Social Media Marketing from HubSpot Academy in July 2023, the Run@Best Service Sales Zertifizierung from Run@best André Kleine in 2021, and the Challenger Sales certification issued by Microsoft Global Challenger in 2018.
