Ditte Oksen

Ditte Oksen is the Director of People Services and Learning & Development at Systematic, where they lead efforts in HR processes, organizational development, and employee engagement. With a career spanning over a decade, Ditte has held various roles, including Project Assistant and HR Consultant at Ramboll Management Consulting and Lead People & Culture Business Partner at Systematic. They hold a Master's degree in Economics and Business Administration from Roskilde Universitetscenter and completed their high school education at Hadsten Amtsgymnasium. Prior to their current role, Ditte significantly contributed to HR strategy and project management in previous positions.
