James Hamilton is a Vice President of Business Development at Systematic, focusing on the UK, Western Europe, and North Africa. With over 35 years of experience in the defense domain, they have held various leadership roles, including serving as a Lieutenant Colonel in the British Army for 21 years. James has extensive expertise in project management, consultancy, and business development across the UK, European, Gulf, and North African regions, and has contributed to major consultancy and training programs for military clients in the UAE. An engineering graduate, James also holds two postgraduate Master's degrees in Defence Technology and Defence Studies.
