Paul Bennett

Paul Bennett is a senior board-level executive and consultant with extensive experience in managing complex, multi-national organizations. Currently serving as Director at Emsworth Sailing Club and Senior Advisor at Systematic, they also hold positions as Senior Mentor to NATO and President of the Association of Royal Naval Officers. With over three decades in the military, Paul now focuses on providing strategic advice to the global defense industry while mentoring senior commanders in NATO and aspiring to apply their expertise to public sector non-executive director roles. Paul earned a BA(Hons) in History from the University of Newcastle-upon-Tyne between 1982 and 1985.
