Qiang Qiang is a seasoned leader and project manager with over 14 years of experience in IT services and software development. With a Master's degree in Computer Science from Northeastern University, Qiang has successfully led numerous projects at IBM, including the development of CMS SaaS platforms and the IBM IT Architect Assistant.
