Our Founder, Heather Cetrangolo, grew up surviving abuse in the Church, but through an unexpected encounter with grace, became a priest herself. Heather had a heart for the church communities, schools and Christian agencies that had the most broken trust with faith leaders and religious teachings. She understood the dangers of religion at a deeply personal level, as well as the power of faith-based communities to save lives and transform futures. One after another, she worked with communities in need of healing and renewal. Today, it is her life mission to pass these skills onto Christian leaders in schools, congregations, the care economy and sustainability.
