Julia Koskella

Julia Koskella is a seasoned professional with substantial experience in sustainability and innovation, currently serving as Senior Director of Packaging Innovation & Reuse at Systemiq Ltd., leading global initiatives on Plastics & Packaging. Prior to this role, Julia founded Find Space, a community initiative aimed at enhancing wellbeing in a digital age, and held a research position at the Ellen MacArthur Foundation, contributing to a pivotal global publication on textiles. Julia has also consulted for Toast Ale Ltd. on business development and served as Venture & Fellowship Manager at Ashoka, managing impactful social innovation projects and partnerships. An alumna of the University of Oxford, Julia holds a Master of Science in Environmental Change and Management and a Bachelor of Arts in Human Sciences, alongside early formative education in France and the UK.
