Manuel Braun

Manuel Braun serves as the Senior Director at SYSTEMIQ Ltd. since August 2019, where responsibilities include leading advisory and research programs focused on Sustainability and Resource Productivity, shaping the Materials and Circular Economy platform, and supporting investment activities and due diligence processes. As Co-Lead for AI x Climate, Braun leads research initiatives on the intersection of Artificial Intelligence, climate, and nature, in partnership with the LSE Grantham Research Institute. Additionally, Braun is the Director at The Circular Business Revolution and author of a practical book aimed at transforming businesses into sustainable and profitable circular models. Other roles include Lecturer and Visiting Researcher at the Technical University of Munich and previously Engagement Manager at McKinsey & Company, driving research on sustainability and managing client consultations. Braun earned a PhD from the Technical University of Munich and has engaged with institutions like the University of California, Berkeley, and the National University of Singapore.
