Rafal Malinowski

Rafal Malinowski is an Associate in the Energy Platform at SYSTEMIQ Ltd. since January 2021, focusing on decarbonization strategies for the steel and plastics sectors, including developing a global plant-level decarbonization model and presenting findings at high-level workshops. Previously, Rafal served as a Senior Research Analyst at McKinsey & Company, advising on greenhouse gas emissions reduction strategies, with analyses presented at COP 25 and contributing to the long-term climate strategy for a Western European government. Earlier experience includes a research role at McKinsey, an internship at 3M in R&D, and a position at ECM Sp. z o.o. as a technologist’s assistant. Rafal holds a Master’s degree in Chemical Process Technology from Wrocław University of Science and Technology.
