Helping mission-driven teams navigate messy change.

At Systems Design Lab, we support public and nonprofit sector leaders who are tired of “change initiatives” that overpromise and underdeliver. We know systems don’t transform through strategy alone; they transform through people.

We bring a unique blend of systems thinking, co-design, and facilitation to help your team:
• Navigate complex change with clarity and confidence
• Design new ways of working that center community voice
• Build trust across teams and institutions
• Learn in public...on purpose

What we do:
• Facilitation of complex collaborations
• Co-designed learning journeys
• Strategy + systems redesign
• Artifact analysis for production of custom toolkits, visuals, and frameworks

How we work:
We partner shoulder-to-shoulder with your team, helping you name what matters, make sense of what’s changing, and move forward together.

Let’s build systems worth trusting. Visit systemsdesignlab.com or check out our Substack at systemsdesignlab.substack.com to explore our latest ideas, tools, and case studies.
