Dale Thomas

Dale Thomas is an experienced engineer currently serving as an Integration Installation and Support Engineer at Systems Engineering & Assessment Ltd since January 2023, focusing on the installation and integration of communications systems and in-service support activities. Previously, Dale held the position of Naval Combat Systems Engineer, providing systems engineering support and expertise in naval combat system configuration management, ensuring compliance with Defence Standards. Before that, Dale worked at Supreme Headquarters Allied Powers Europe as a COMMCEN Technician and CISPOC Coordinator, supporting UK units within NATO with cryptographic material and equipment management. Dale's career in the Royal Navy from June 2011 to September 2020 included roles as Lead Engineer Technician on HMS DUNCAN and HMS DIAMOND, and as a Communications Information Specialist on HMS DEFENDER. Dale holds a National Diploma in Public Services Studies from Neath Port Talbot College, following education at Sandfields Comprehensive School.
