Joe Williams is currently a Corporate Senior Staff member at Systems Engineering Group, where they support the Navy and MDA in the technical direction and management of Baseline 9 SPY-1 radar efforts and participate in various combat system initiatives. Previously, Joe served in several significant roles, including Deputy Technical Director for the Aegis Combat System at the Aegis Program Office and Lead Systems Engineer for Aegis BMD. Their earlier experience includes managing advanced combat system and radar development at NAVSEA Aegis Program Office and holding various positions at NSWC White Oak. Joe is pursuing a Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering at the University of Maryland.
