Troy Abbott

Troy Abbott is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in engineering, operations management, and client implementation. Currently serving as a Program Engineer at Systems Innovation since July 2019, Troy's previous roles include Design Engineer, Systems Integration Drafter, and Systems Integration Technician. Prior to this, Troy worked at ADP as an Implementation Specialist II, where responsibilities included managing client onboarding and system training. Troy's experience at Apple spanned multiple positions, highlighting skills in operations leadership, internal systems support, and visual merchandising oversight. Starting a career at Walt Disney World as a Cast Member, Troy has developed strong customer service skills and operational expertise since earning a Bachelor of Science in Show Production & Touring from Full Sail University.
