Ron Morales

Ron Morales, CISSP, has extensive experience in cybersecurity and information assurance, currently serving as a Senior Computer Systems Security Analyst at Systems Made Simple, a Lockheed Martin Company, since February 2014, where responsibilities include managing the Assessment and Authorization process for applications within the Department of Veterans Affairs. Prior roles include Security Engineer III at STG INC, where Ron developed a Continuous Monitoring System for VA Information Systems, and Security Engineer, focusing on Security Control Assessment and Information Assurance Support. Additional experience includes serving as a Security Analyst at Avalon Technology, Supervising NOC Operations at Qwest Comm, and holding technical support roles at Primus Telecommunications and UUNET, managing a team supporting major clients in a high-speed internet environment. Ron began a career in IT as a LAN Administrator at BOAT/US.
