Daniel Moon

Daniel Moon is an experienced instructional designer with a focus on technology-enhanced training and educational program development. Currently employed at the Internal Revenue Service since July 2024, Daniel designs training that addresses complex subjects and leads innovative programs utilizing interactive methods such as graphics and gaming. Previous experience includes a role at the Foreign Service Institute and significant contributions to the United States Air Force, where Daniel managed e-learning initiatives and modernization projects, collaborating with subject-matter experts to develop effective learning solutions. An educator with a strong background in teaching high school, Daniel has held teaching positions in several institutions and served in the US Army as a public affairs specialist and military police. Daniel holds multiple degrees, including a Master of Education in Instructional Design and a Master of Arts in Foreign Language Education from The University of Texas at Austin.
