Tim Hayes is an experienced professional in the field of digital learning and eLearning software development, currently serving as the Lead Digital Learning Engineer at Systems Plus, Inc. since July 2021. Prior to this role, Tim held the position of Senior Technical Analyst at The Ventura Group, Inc. from January 2015 to July 2021, where Tim also focused on developing web-based eLearning software for the U.S. Tim's extensive background includes serving as the Senior eLearning Application Developer and Technical Manager at Pal-Tech, Inc. from October 2001 to January 2015, leading technical teams on e-learning contracts. Earlier in their career, Tim worked as a Web Developer & Traveler at TheTravelYear.com from June 2000 to October 2001, documenting a remarkable sixteen-month journey across 32 countries with stories and photographs. Tim is an alumnus of James Madison University.
