James Sergeant has over two decades of experience in software development and project management, currently serving as a Sales Engineer and Scrum Master at Systems & Software since January 2018. Prior to this, James held the position of Lead Project Developer at CSL Software Solutions Inc from May 2004 to December 2017, where responsibilities included managing US project developers and serving as a front-line consultant for Sanofi-Aventis. James began career at Compufile Systems Limited, focusing on scalable web-based CRM and data warehouse applications from 2004 to 2007, and gained earlier experience as a Technical Services Consultant at Pegasystems between July 2001 and March 2003. James holds a degree in Computer Studies with a focus on IT from Solent University, completed in 2000.
