Reyvan Hanlon has worked as an Interconnection Billing Analyst at FairPoint Communications since November 2009. Prior to that, Reyvan was a Customer Service Specialist II at Vertek from December 2008 to November 2009. Reyvan also worked as a Product Support Technician at Realpage from May 2006 to December 2008. Currently, Reyvan holds the position of Support Analyst and Customer Advocate at Systems and Software since June 2016. Throughout the various roles, Reyvan has demonstrated skills in identifying and resolving client-billing issues, monitoring billing processes, and providing customer support.
