Jeff Shaw has worked in the technology industry since 1982. Jeff began their career as a Master Technician at The Brandow Group, where they were an Oldsmobile Certified Master Technician and an ASE Master technician. Jeff was responsible for diagnosing and repairing all electronic and wiring issues on vehicles, as well as mentoring ASEP and AYES students. In 1995, they became an Adult Education Instructor at Upper Bucks County Vocational Technical School. In 1998, they took on the role of AYES Mentor at Middle Bucks Institute of Technology. In 2001, they joined Systems Solution, Inc. (SSI) as a Premier Support Desk Team Lead, Systems Engineer, and Level 3 Engineer, Escalations Engineer, Helpdesk Team Leader.

Jeff Shaw has an extensive education history. Jeff began their educational journey in 1975 when they attended Springfield High School, graduating with a Diploma in 1978. Jeff then attended Eastern Center for Arts and Technology, where they earned a Diploma and State Inspection License in Automobile/Automotive Mechanics Technology/Technician in 1978. From 1980 to 2002, Jeff attended the General Motors Training Center in Morristown, NJ, where they obtained a General Motors Master Technician after completing various courses on new products. Finally, Jeff earned an Associates Degree in Network Engineering and Systems Administration from CLC division of Cabrini College in 2001. Jeff also holds several certifications, including CompTIA Network Plus, Iphone and Ipad in the Enterprise from Apple, MCSE from Microsoft, and Macintosh 10.14 Apple Certified Associate from Apple.
