Patrick Jones

Patrick Jones has worked in the IT field since 2017. In 2021, they began working for Systems Solution, Inc. (SSI) as an Internal IT Support Specialist, where they were responsible for onboarding new employees, troubleshooting and resolving issues associated with the Citrix environment and servers, and leading the delivery of multiple Microsoft licensing to clients. Patrick also began working as a Technology Deployment/Desktop Support Specialist at Main Line Health, where they provided assistance in patching and managing cable within the distribution center and collaborated with senior leadership to verify accurate amount and placement of equipment. Additionally, they began working as a Technology Administration Analyst at Children's Hospital of Philadelphia, where they assisted in the deployment and configuration of Zebra brand label printers and constructed mobile laptop carts. In 2021, they also began working as a Junior Server Administrator at Tanager Inc., where they briefed each manager on the steps in the process and was responsible for the total conversion of old FOSSE servers into a new updated server. In 2017, they began working as a Veterinary Assistant/IT Support at Banfield Pet Hospital, where they set up automatic transfer of lab test results to the medical program PetWare and performed routine maintenance of the main connection to the external server. In 2020, they began working as a Help Desk Analyst at Virtua Health, where they advised clients on how to properly set up their at home connection to the EPIC healthcare system and assisted in the creation of tickets for clients located at various hospitals for various IT related issues.

Patrick Jones attended Marine Academy of Science and Technology from 2010 to 2014, where they earned a High School Diploma in General Education. Patrick then attended Rutgers University from 2014 to 2019. In June 2021, they obtained a CompTIA Network+ certification from CompTIA.
