MeShell Fisher

MeShell Fisher has been in the workforce since 1997. MeShell began their career with Workspace Interiors by Office Depot as a Furniture Project Specialist. In this role, they assisted with all aspects of projects, prepared bid packages, obtained installation labor quotes, prepared proposals, coordinated delivery, installation and punch-list resolution, and executed project closeout to meet location and corporate billings forecast. In 2016, they were promoted to Regional Operations Manager, Furniture. In this role, they managed a team of 11 direct reports consisting of Project Coordinators, Project Specialists, and consultants across California and Texas. MeShell also created and enforced procedures according to company policies and values and provided team motivational training to build a cohesive team, increase morale, and foster memorable client experiences. In 2019, they joined Systems Source, Inc. as an Account Manager/PM.
