Program Manager for Mobility, and Directory Services.  Responsible for desktop and Tier-3 technical support for over 40,000 users and endpoints (laptops, servers, tablets, iPhones, etc.) in the NIPR/SIPR network.

Designed a Systems Dynamics model for the transition of the Maritime Ship & Repair industry to I4.0/5.0 technology. The model captures strategic, economic, and human capital considerations and provides a testing ground to optimize decisions given time and resource constraints. 

OLD DOMINION UNIVERSITY RESEARCH FOUNDATION
Modeling absorptive capacity of displaced populations as they move into and through a host country.   The computational framework enables the study of relationships among supply-demand pressures, host population perceptions, security threats, and longer-term regional stability implications.   Exposing insights and policy recommendations for government and non-government organizations.
