Fabricio  Silva, MBA

Fabricio Silva, MBA, has a diverse work experience in various roles and industries. Fabricio  started their career at HOCHTIEF do Brasil as a Technical Support Engineer and later transitioned into the role of Facilities Engineer. In 2012, they joined Schahin Engenharia as a Sales Application Engineer. After that, Fabricio worked as a self-employed Electrical Engineer before becoming an Industrial Automation Supervisor at Libbs Farmacêutica. Currently, they are employed at Systems With Intelligence as a Field Application Engineer, where they are responsible for designing the integration and deployment of asset monitoring systems, creating architecture drawings and bill of materials, and providing integration, commissioning, and training services at project sites.

Fabricio Silva holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Business Administration and Management, General, which was obtained from FGV - Fundação Getulio Vargas in the period between 2014 and 2015. Fabricio  also pursued a Bachelor's degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering at Universidade Cruzeiro do Sul from 2004 to 2008. Additionally, Fabricio completed a Management & Leadership Training Program with a focus on Project Management at Hochtief from 2010 to 2012. In terms of language proficiency, they completed a Certification in ESL (English as a Second Language) at CES - Capital English Solutions in Toronto in 2017. Furthermore, in the same year, they obtained a Certification in Cross-Cultural Business Communication Program from Hansa Language Centre in Toronto.
