Anna Hammel

Anna Hammel has a diverse work experience spanning several companies and roles.

Anna started their career at Hinckley and Rugby Building Society in 2010 as a Customer Service Assistant.

In 2011, Anna joined SystemsAccountants as a Consultant in the Finance Systems Practice and worked there until 2013.

From 2014 to 2017, they were a Senior Executive at Moore Stephens LLP (formerly known as Chantrey Vellacott DFK), progressing from Junior/Associate to Senior Executive during their training contract.

Anna then joined Travis Perkins plc in 2017 as a Management Accountant - PTS for a few months before moving on to National Accident Helpline as an Assistant Financial Controller from 2017 to 2018.

In 2018, Anna returned to SystemsAccountants, this time as a Management Accountant until 2019.

Anna then transitioned to the position of Group Finance Manager at both SANSA and SystemsAccountants from 2019 to 2022.

Later, Anna took on the role of Group Financial Controller at both SANSA and SystemsAccountants from 2022 to 2023.

Overall, Anna has gained experience in finance, accounting, management, and consultancy roles throughout their career.

Anna Hammel completed their BA in Music from the University of Leeds from 2007 to 2010. Anna later pursued a Certificate in Business Studies from The Open University, which they completed from 2011 to 2012. Anna then enrolled at ICAEW from 2014 to 2017, where they focused on ACA (Associate Chartered Accountant) studies.
