Farzad Valad

Farzad Valad began their career at IBM in 1998, where they served as a Senior Project Manager, Software Architect, and was involved in User Interface Development until 2008. Farzad then joined Systemware Inc. in 2008 as a Software Engineer and Architect, later moving on to become a Software and DevOps Engineer, and eventually taking on the role of Director of Product Delivery & Dean of Systemware University in 2016. Throughout their time at Systemware, Farzad demonstrated their expertise in developing strategies, leading teams, and leveraging technology to deliver high-quality software products aligned with the company's vision.

Farzad Valad holds a Master of Science in Electrical and Electronics Engineering and a Bachelor of Science in Computer Engineering from Virginia Tech. Farzad also completed the Emerging Leaders Program at Texas Christian University and the Leadership Excellence Program at IBM Global Campus. Farzad furthered their education by earning a Master of Business Administration in Finance, General from Regis University.
