Julie Tolbert

Julie Tolbert is a Project Lead at Systemware Inc., responsible for managing technical projects related to the Systemware software solution, including new customer implementations and upgrades. Previously, at Avaya, Julie served as a Service Design & Cloud Solutions Architect, collaborating with product teams and vendors to create business solutions for high-stakes contracts, including multi-million-dollar deals. Julie also held the position of Senior Manager within Avaya's Global Services team, focusing on technical solution management and service design. Earlier in her career, Julie worked as a Proposal Manager at Hewlett-Packard/HPE/DXC, where responsibilities included negotiating contract changes and managing high-revenue accounts. Julie holds a BBA in Marketing Communication from the University of Central Arkansas.
