Dr Ehsan Munaaim

Dr. Ehsan Munaaim is the Contracts Director at SYSTRA, where they oversee contract and commercial management for projects in the region. With an impressive academic background that includes an MBA from MIT and a Ph.D. in Law from King’s College London, Ehsan has provided consulting support for high-value projects across several countries, including Afghanistan, UAE, and Malaysia. They have taught at multiple universities and contributed to research in construction law and dispute resolution. Ehsan is also a Sloan Fellow from the MIT Sloan School of Management and actively supports the education of underprivileged children in Malaysia through the Inspirasi initiative.
