David Nellessen is the co-founder, CTO and Co-CEO of SYTE GmbH, where they lead the core technology for the holistic, scalable first-mile AI decision intelligence platform transforming real estate for realtors, project developers and banks. They previously co-founded Familonet GmbH and served as CTO from 2012 to 2017, leading a team of engineers and the development of advanced geolocation technologies; Familonet won the MobileTech Award and the Webfuture Award in 2014 and was acquired by Daimler AG's moovel Group in 2017. From 2017 to 2021 they worked at moovel Group as Lead Software Engineer, integrating Familonet's product and tech into moovel's mobility services and building a team for the MaaS platform. They studied mathematics at Albert-Ludwigs-Universität Freiburg im Breisgau, earning a Diplom in 2010.
