Liat Soffer is currently the Chief Financial Officer at Syte and has extensive experience as CFO for NASDAQ traded companies, including roles at Brainstorm Cell Therapeutics and CyberX Labs. With a solid background in finance and accounting, Liat has specialized in high-tech, biotech, and startup environments, demonstrating expertise in taxation, mergers and acquisitions, and risk management. Liat holds an MBA in Finance from Edinburgh Business School and a Bachelor's degree in Economy and Accounting from Ben-Gurion University of the Negev. Previously, Liat served as VP Finance at ForeScout Technologies and VP Corporate Finance at Maximal Innovative Intelligence Ltd, where they led all financial aspects during its acquisition by Microsoft.
