Following this, Chad attended Lakeland University from 2004 to 2006, where they earned a B.A. degree in Computer Science. In 2007, they briefly attended the University of Wisconsin-Madison, obtaining a Management Certification in Executive Education. Finally, from 2006 to 2009, Chad studied at Lakeland University again, this time earning a B.A. degree in Business Administration. In December 2018, they obtained the Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) certification from the Scrum Alliance.
