Chad Wege

Chad Wege has a diverse work experience spanning different roles and responsibilities. Their most recent role is as the Vice President of Product and PMO at ClaimLogiq since 2022. Prior to that, they served as the Director of Product Management at Apixio from 2021 to 2022, where they developed new prospective risk adjustment products and managed relationships with pilot customers.

From 2019 to 2021, Chad worked at Change Healthcare, holding two positions. First, as the Vice President of Customer Success, they consolidated program management functions, addressed client issues, and expanded product opportunities. Later, as the Director of Product Development, they established agile product ownership discipline and led the development of member engagement products for Medicare and Medicaid markets.

Chad's earlier experience includes roles at UnitedHealth Group, where they served as the Director of Digital Product Development and Director of Business Analysis. Earlier in their career, Chad worked as the Technology Manager at J. J. Keller & Associates, Inc. where they built and mentored a team of developers and business analysts.

Chad Wege has a diverse education history, with multiple degrees and certifications. In 2001, they obtained a Certificate in Management from the American Management Association. Chad then pursued an A.A.S. degree in Management Information Systems from the University of Wisconsin-Fox Valley from 2002 to 2004. Following this, Chad attended Lakeland University from 2004 to 2006, where they earned a B.A. degree in Computer Science. In 2007, they briefly attended the University of Wisconsin-Madison, obtaining a Management Certification in Executive Education. Finally, from 2006 to 2009, Chad studied at Lakeland University again, this time earning a B.A. degree in Business Administration. In December 2018, they obtained the Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) certification from the Scrum Alliance.
