T-EachOther is a project that promotes knowledge and experience sharing between physicians (dentists, orthopaedics, physiatrists), physiotherapists, strength and conditioning coaches, etc., with the ultimate goal of facilitating cooperation and improving athletes' performance.

This project originated from the cooperation of two complementary professionals: the physiotherapist (taking care daily of athletes with recovery from injuries and injury prevention) and the sport scientist (supporting sport performance by applying scientific principles on the field).

We use and teach to use a systemic method, which considers the relationship between single components and the whole body through the lenses of the myofascial system. A non-conventional method based on observations from more than 25 years of experience.

--------------------
