At T.H.E. Psyborg, our primary aim is to support individuals and organisations in their journeys to Thrive, Heal, and Evolve. Recognizing that challenges come in many forms, we are dedicated to guiding you toward your best self, whether you're looking to prevent, navigate, or recover from life's obstacles.

Working in the field of behavioural health, we focus strongly on mental wellbeing while also considering factors like social, financial, vocational, intellectual, environmental, and biological health. We understand that you are more than just the thoughts within your head.

Our personal services are currently focused on individual therapy, primarily centered around Compassion Focused Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CF-CBT). This effective approach integrates your thoughts, physical sensations, and actions, fostering meaningful change. Delivered with warmth and genuine care, our therapy ensures that the changes you seek align deeply with your personal values.

For businesses, we offer tailored workshops and seminars designed to enhance staff wellbeing and service delivery. Whether through onsite support or our telehealth services, we are committed to ensuring your team performs at their best, fostering a healthy, productive workplace environment.

We specialise in helping people adapt to both positive and negative changes. As our founder, Jacob Mottram, often says, "Break down who you became by accident so you can rebuild yourself as who you want to be on purpose."

True to our ethos of Thriving, Healing, and Evolving, we continuously expand our capacity and uphold stringent quality standards. This commitment to excellence is delivered without compromising accessibility; we pride ourselves on being both exceptional and approachable.

Join us at T.H.E. Psyborg as we navigate the path of self-discovery and growth together – transforming challenges into opportunities for personal and professional evolution.
