Alpha Bailey is a solutions-driven and customer-focused supervisor and technician with over 20 years of experience in the telecommunications industry. They currently serve as the Site Development Manager at T-Mobile, overseeing site builds and leveraging their extensive network knowledge. Previously, Alpha held various roles, including Supervisor of Wireless Network Operations at Shentel, where they managed field technicians and ensured network reliability across multiple states. Alpha also has a strong academic foundation with an Associate of Science degree in Criminal Justice from West Virginia State University.
