Andy Gormley is a seasoned leader currently serving as Sr. Manager of National Technology Operations at T-Mobile, where they oversee the Frontline & NTAC 911 teams, Regulatory Compliance team, and Priority Services team. With previous roles including Regulatory Compliance Sr. Manager and Network Operations Manager, Andy has developed expertise in compliance policy design and priority services management. Prior to joining T-Mobile, Andy served as an Electronics Technician in the US Navy. They hold a Doctor of Philosophy in Public Policy and Political Economy from The University of Texas at Dallas, as well as degrees from Spring Arbor University and the University of Phoenix.
