Brandon Screen

Brandon Screen is a seasoned professional in product and engineering management, currently serving as the Senior Manager for Payments, Fraud, and T-Mobile Money at T-Mobile since May 2014. In this role, Brandon oversees payment exception processes, including chargeback disputes, refunds, and research, and manages the performance of seven teams handling over 150,000 payment exceptions monthly. Prior to T-Mobile, Brandon held various managerial positions at Wireless Advocates, specializing in inventory control and financial operations. Brandon began a career in inventory control and logistics at Bellevue Club and has experience as a finance intern at Monterey Gourmet Foods. Education includes a Bachelor of Science in Accounting and Finance from Northwest University and additional coursework at the University of Washington.
