Cady Macfee has extensive experience in customer relationship management and accessibility advocacy, currently serving as an Accessibility Relationship Manager at T-Mobile since April 2020 and previously as a Customer Relationship Manager II. Concurrently, Cady has held the position of Customer Relationship Manager at Sprint since February 2019. Prior experience includes teaching deaf students as a 1st grade and Preschool Teacher at The Learning Center for the Deaf from August 2006 to July 2009, utilizing both Spoken English and American Sign Language. Cady holds a Master's degree in Deaf Education Elementary from Gallaudet University and a Bachelor of Arts in Elementary Education and Teaching from Bethany College.
