Dan Heringer has extensive experience in customer support and project management within the telecommunications industry. Beginning at Sprint from July 1998 to August 2002, Dan served as both a Project Specialist and Customer Support Manager, leading a team of project managers focused on delivering strategic support for wireless and wireline customers in Southern California. More recently, from April 2020 to August 2023, Dan worked at T-Mobile as a Manager in Wireline Customer Support and also held the position of Solutions Engineer.
