Daniel Cox is currently the National Education Manager at T-Mobile, where they focus on promoting equity in education and bridging the Digital Divide. Previously, Daniel served as a Wireless Field Support Manager and a Wireless Dedicated Care Field Manager at Sprint from 1999 to the present and 2008 to 2016, respectively, achieving significant accomplishments in customer satisfaction and team management. Daniel earned a degree in Psychology from the University of Florida and an Associate of Arts in Communications from the University of Phoenix.
