Dolly Brown has over a decade of experience in customer service and sales roles across several telecommunications companies. Beginning as a Customer Service Representative at Verizon from April 2006 to April 2009, Dolly transitioned to AT&T as a Sales Specialist until June 2013. Following that, a position as a Customer Solutions Specialist was held at Charter Communications from August 2014 to May 2018, where Dolly later advanced to the role of Business Account Executive. Currently, Dolly serves as a Business Account Executive at T-Mobile, starting in February 2025. Educationally, Dolly holds a High School Diploma from Brookland Cayce High School.
